Simply put, you’re in control when it comes to the specification, and you won’t be stuck with something you wouldn’t necessarily have chosen because the house has already been built and completed.

Our kitchens are manufactured in Germany and include the usual high standard of engineering you’d expect. Most homes have their own utility room and those with three bedrooms or more have separate baths and shower cubicles in the main bathrooms, which also feature quality Spanish sanitaryware and Porcelanosa tiles.
Shower cubicles feature Sensations Zone toughened safety glass with Lifeshield protection — helping repel dirt and make cleaning quick and easy. And walk-in cubicles have 10mm-thick glass Zen panels.
